As described,perfect fit,all install hardware included. Fans are silent. Temp around 36C in use as a server. Only one issue us that when raspberry pi is turned off via terminal fans are still running. This is related to raspberry hardware.

Samppa78 Update for this product,be aware when assembled with hardware and thermal pads included it will bend your raspberry pi pcb. When assembling use a thermal paste instead of pads provided,this will will the gap between cooler and will not bend your raspberry pi pcb.
